As we reached the end of what Andrew calls our “Feast Month” (birthdays exactly every 7 days for a month straight: 8\/14, 8\/21, 8\/28, and 9\/4), we were definitely getting sick and tired of cake. Well, Andrew and I were.<\/p>\n

But at Milo’s request, we made a purple cake. I thought, maybe a squid cake? But, alas, this squid looked more like a strange purple sea monster than anything. Oh, well. It was purple. It was moderately tasty. It was cake.<\/p>\n

And perhaps most importantly, it is gone. No. More. Cake.<\/p>\n

Milo’s other request: a “big boy bike.”<\/p>\n

Oliver says, “Whoa! Big bike! Cool!”<\/em><\/p>\n

And so, of course, we had to try it out IMMEDIATELY (with strange young man lurking in the background dressed in borrowed (from Milo) Captain America helmet).<\/p>\n

And yes, I am aware that my husband is smokin’ hot. Nice arms, man. Seriously. Want to have some more babies? Um. That last part was a joke, people. Don’t you think 3 boys is enough?!!!<\/em><\/p>\n
