Elisa was our nanny for a year, but it feels like longer. She just naturally fit with our family and it was very easy with her around. She is a natural with children and obviously with photography as well (check out her site here<\/a>). I wanted to share some of the pictures she took over the past year highlighting a few of the fun times she, Milo, and Oliver had together. We were lucky to visit with her on Wednesday afternoon, which was fantastic. The boys just love her. Don’t be a stranger, Elisa!<\/p>\n

Other faces we have been missing? Family and friends flung far and wide across this country. It is getting harder and harder to be far away from family as our kids grow older. How awesome it would be to drive 10 minutes down the road to hang out with grandma or the boys’ many cousins! But for now we will have to make more of an effort to arrange trips to visit.<\/p>\n

We are really looking forward to my own mama’s visit this weekend… we are expecting cool sunny weather– perfect for walks through the wooded neighborhoods surrounding our house on our way to breakfast or the playground! I have a feeling we will be breaking out the sweaters and boots tomorrow!<\/p>\n
