We spent the past the past Thanksgiving holiday and weekend in Ohio with our families… what a way to kick off the holiday season! Andrew’s oldest brother Bill and his wife Annie hosted all five million of us and our kids, and though the house was anything but peaceful, it sure was full of laughter and fun. The cousins (nine of them in total, all pretty close in age) seem to get along even better with each passing year, pairing off immediately, then interchanging the pairs and having just such a blast. Emil and Gabe, the youngest of the group, were truly holding their own, and the big kids included them and watched out for them. It made hanging out with the adults a lot easier! "DSC_0433"

The feast itself was huge, and people came and left in waves, eating and drinking and laughing and chatting… it was crazy and wonderful and just the way this holiday is meant to be. "DSC_0107"

I feel like the luckiest lady in the world to have married into this family. They are just the bees knees! Thank you Billy & Annie, for a wonderful time! We hope we didn’t leave you in complete disrepair!

I’ll be posting more pictures – from my mama’s house- later today, so be sure to check back this afternoon! Hope you had a wonderful holiday!
