We had a great weekend filled with activities on Saturday and a whole lot of pajama time on Sunday (Andrew was the only one who left the house other than the 30 minutes the boys went out to play in the snow!). It was soooooo cold! But we had such a treat with our first snow of the season on Friday. Honestly, I just love snow. We stayed warm and toasty by the fire and ordered pizza, then on Saturday we went out to breakfast before choosing our Christmas tree (which always takes us all of 30 seconds- we’re just not that choosy).<\/p>\n

On Sunday I won no Mom of the Year<\/em> award- I kind of neglected the boys while spending the entire morning working on Christmas projects for gifts, only to have wasted 3 hours on a project that completely flopped. Ugh. But after a few choice words I got right back to work and had success late into the afternoon. Andrew did a mighty fine job keeping those boys occupied, and we listened to Shirley Temple sing I’m Gettin Nottin for Christmas<\/em> nine million times- boy do our guys love her! We also had success taking our highly anticipated Christmas card photo* and I must say, though it is strange and borderline inappropriate, I LOVE it! We’ll see who stays friends with us after this doozy!\u00a0\"DSC_0027\"<\/a><\/p>\n
