Sarah was amazing- professional and sweet with our boys, and she handled the St. Louis heat like a champ (she is from Ireland and not used to the humidity here). They are considering our family for a show on off-grid living.<\/p>\n<p>It would be an adventure and no doubt an interesting experience for our family. Filming would be over the course of 4 or 5 days in a home designed to be off the power grid somewhere in the states.
