Creeps<\/em><\/p>\n

So, neither Andrew nor I made any sort of effort on our costumes this year. I threw together what I could find in our kids’ dress-up box and came up with the customary witch costume… one I assume every mother will embody at some point in her Halloweening life.<\/p>\n

… But Andrew. Oh, Andrew. He, just as quickly, threw together the following pieces: fake mustache, blond bob wig, dark creepy sunglasses, mustache shirt. And was instantly the creepiest guy I had ever seen. Milo, upon seeing him, shouted out, “Oh, Papa! You look adorable!” Not the word I would use, but a success nevertheless. And there you have Halloween. Except that none of our neighbors recognized him and so thought Milo was being led around the neighborhood by a pedophile. And they didn’t stop him. Now THAT is creepy.<\/p>\n
