  1. Cute skirt, I wish they still had the striped. I love stripes. I’m wearing a striped dress today!

The tank reminded me of this woman I saw in Forest Park last night while I was running. She was wearing a very cute nude dress, but from a distance I did a complete double take because she looked like she was walking in the literal nude! I’m not sure I’d have the guts to pull off a full dress in the color, but I love the shape of your tank.

  2. Can I put in a request for your extended series? Bathing suits? I completely understand if you don’t want to photograph yourself in a swimsuit and post on the internet (I know I wouldn’t), but if you have a suit or two that you love, you could even photograph them laying out on the bed or the floor. I absolutely hate cheap swimsuits, and so when I buy them, they are costly and last for years. I bought a really cute suit a few years ago that I love, but it’s strapless, and as I’ve been running and working out more, I lose weight in my chest first. (Not that I was well endowed to begin with!) I threw on my suit prior to packing for our camping trip, and the top completely slid down to my hips. I might try and take it in, but my sewing skills might not be at that level. So I’m off to find a new suit this weekend for our beach trip in a few weeks.

I like to shop at Water, Water Everywhere – they carry a lot of great brands, but I’d love to hear if you have any recs. I find that ordering online is tricky for swimsuits, and I don’t have the luxury of time to order and send back multiple options.

  3. I do have a swimsuit post coming up! Not one of me in a swimsuit, but of my favorite brands. For the meantime, check in store at Anthropologie — they often have swimsuits returned to the store and they are gorgeous!

  4. I love this look on you! It’s so chic.

I am looking forward to the swimsuit post as well. After many years of wearing boring suits, I finally ordered a gorgeous royal blue halter one-piece swimsuit from J Crew. I feel great in it and it’s good quality – highly recommended!

  5. Great! I have the post scheduled to go up on Wednesday, the 15th. And thanks for the recommendation, Carol! It sounds like such a good one!
