There’s a New Sheriff in Town

… And he’s not messin’ around.

Happy Halloween again! Today my good friend Kasey’s second son was born, Milo went trick-or-treating for the first time, a (former?) gambling addict who calls himself “The Great Zucchini” entertained crowds of mini-monkeys and parents “cleverly” dressed as chefs toting their baby lobsters in big pots,

A usually-friendly ladybug named Abby thwarted Milo’s attempts to hoard glue sticks,

A father taught his son the phrase, “There’s a new sheriff in town,”

A mother pointed out a pretty purple balloon that had escaped from the party,

A young cowboy regretted his decision to let go of his red balloon so it could join its purple friend,

… and a young pirate cried tears for all whose booty has been lost at sea.

I loooooooves me some Halloween.
